"Text"

For the text theme, I wanted to display the concept of making an image out of words, particularly words that are relevant to the image subject. My idea ended up as the American flag, made up names of the states that represent the country 

"Tension"

For this assignment, I wanted to capture a less obvious point of tension often glanced over in our everyday lives. Telephone wires came to mind due to the  literal tension they hold between each pole, and the figurative tension and anxiety in people they can cause when there are 

problems with the power. 

I also thought of the 'bird on the wire' cliche, and decided to play on that with an Angry Bird on a wire as well
